LENTEN RETREAT
Lent is the season in the Church year when we taked time out to make some changes in our lives.  Coming on a ONE DAY RETREAT  can assist you in re-focusing your life.  On this retreat you will not only reflect upon the life of Christ but you will learn how to apply many of the things He taught us in your every day living.  You will also be taught how to meditate using the Light of Christ as your focus.

DEEP RELAXATION
Stress
is one of the main causes of illness and our inbability to function to our greatest capacity.  Starting the week with 1/2 hour of deep relaxation and focusing can make a world of difference.  Come join us on Sunday evenings at 7pm.  The session is FREE but the benefits are great.  (12710 Blue Mountain Court, Grand Terrace.)   Call before coming.  909-783-4121.
