| Use Your Brain to Make a Change In the past 20 years we have learned so many wonderful things about how the brain functions. We have also learned how to use the brain in such a way that we can literally make things happen in our lives. The heart beats so many beats per minute. The brain vibrates so many vibrations per second. We call these "brain vibrations" cycles per second. When we are going about our daily routines we are usually functioning at the "Beta" state. That means our brain is vibrating around 20 or mjore vibrations per second. We can accomplish a great deal of work at this brain level. We can also experience STRESS and ANXIETY at this level.
Beta waves are necessary for us to get our work accomplished but they are NOT what we need to heal our bodies, get new and creative ideas, learn faster, and have spiritual experiences. In order to accomplish these tasks we need to learn how to slow down the brain waves to what is called the "Alpha" state. Here is where we truly begin to create our reality.
